  • Creating a safe and nurturing time to "hold" your feelings about the loss without becoming overwhelmed
  • Using art, music, and/or writing to express your loss in a healing and meaningful way
  • How to draw on the support of family, friends, and/or other loved ones
  • Gaining clarity towards this new "chapter" in your life, how it has changed you, and how to apply these changes in ways that help you to live more fully
